Arroz Tapado

ingredients:
3 cups of cooked rice
½ kilo mince very small
1 onion, chopped finely
1 crushed garlic
1 teaspoon paprika or papikra
oil
2 boiled eggs, chopped
50 grams of raisins
6 chopped olives botija
1 peeled and chopped tomatoes
Teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Preparation:
We know that rice is cooked , well we'll fill in the following manner . In a pan pour oil fry the meat until golden add the onion, garlic, crushed pepper deveined nuggets , paprika or take panpikra tomato , pepper , salt to taste once cooked remove from heat and pour raisins, chopped hard boiled egg and olives , chopped also moving to join with the dressing of the filler. Display Mode : serve in individual molds , the mold will spread a little oil or water to be stripping easily, first put a layer of rice imprisoning mold , then pour the filling and another layer of rice again for imprisoning it will not crumble , unmold on platter and garnish sprinkle chopped parsley over rice.
