Is a soup that can be liquid or dry as desired. Here the cuchoca, navy ground corn or polenta, potatoes mixed with a hearty dish for inveral. Can add with grilled chicken.

 

 

 

2-3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

 

1 thick slice of pumpkin peeled and chopped

 

1.2 liters of chicken broth, beef bone or water

 

1 onion, finely chopped

 

4 tablespoons ground polenta

 

1 teaspoon chili flakes or fresh chilli finely chopped

 

a bunch of fresh basil (no stems)

 

salt to taste
