Postre borracho de vainillas

This is a typical and easy dessert from Argentina cuisine , which can be prepared in several forms:  with chocolate, coffee , vanilla cream , etc. .
 
 
ingredients:
 
 Vanilla , two packs of 12.
 
 Porto sweet wine , Moscato or other sweet wine , 1 1/ 2 cups.
 
 A jar of dulce de leche.
 
 A pot of cream or cream cheese 250 gr. ( may be replaced by chocolate flavor , vanilla or caramel)
 
 Vanilla extract , a few drops .
 
 Optional : can add banana slices , walnuts , peaches in syrup , etc. .
 
 
 
Preparation:
 
 In a bowl , mix the wine with a couple of tablespoons of water.
 
 In a bowl, beat the cream until it is half a point (it has taken shape but without allowing it to make stiff peaks)
 
Mix the cream with caramel and vanilla. It should be medium consistency cream .
 
 Dip one by one the shells and place a layer in the bottom of a pie pan .
 
 Cover with half of the cream. If  you are using fruit or nuts, add it to the cream.
 
 Put another layer of soaked vanilla .
 
Cover with the rest of the cream. Make some drawings with a fork.
 
This dessert is much better if you prepare the day before and let it rest in the fridge before eating .
