Rocotas rellenas

Peruvian dish is arquipeño origin made from rocotas, a spicy frutomuy similar to chili, but rounded and similar in size to an apple is one of the best dishes of the cuisine of Peru , being even the hot pepper exported to other countries.
ingredients
12 rocotos large
1/2 kilo of ground beef
3 large onions diced
3 tomatoes
oil
Peanuts roasted and ground
Seedless raisins
Olives girls
salt , pepper and cumin
chopped parsley
Preparation:
Remove the veins and refregarlos rocotos inside with your finger wrapped in cloth . Wash them and then boil them in salted water . Cambiarel saltwater boil as three times.
