Tapioca 

 

Tapioca is a bean obtained by processing the bitter cassava root. This is the basic starch nations located around the Amazon. It was once a popular ingredient in the preparation of milk puddings, but has lost popularity in recent years because many dairy poster sold and manufactured.

The tapioca is prepared by passing precooked bitter manioc puree through sieve. The result depends on the size of the holes and how to prepare the root.
