Inspired by one of the new wonders of the world, Machu Picchu is a drink grenadine maraschino highly cocktail made ​​from pisco, orange peel, lemon, mint green ice, which keeps very well the secret city of the Incas.

 

 

ingredients:
 
Traditional Swallow "The Bolivarian" (Restaurant Bar)
 
1/2 oz grenadine syrup.
1/2 oz creme de menthe.
2 ounces pisco breaks
4 ounces orange juice.
 
Preparation:
 
Pour each ingredient directly on a tall glass with ice, unturned.
 
Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
 
 
 
It is a refreshing drink made of pisco, ice, sugar, and thus also of mixed fruits such as peach, pear or mango, among others, which gives it a nice flavor. Served in large cup, and is recommended for social gatherings and special events.
 
 
ingredients:
 
2 oz pure pisco.
1 slice of peach in syrup (canned classics by)
1/2 oz lemon juice.
Crushed ice.
 
Preparation:
 
Blend ingredients with crushed ice for 15 seconds (or Beat in a shaker) then serve in a large glass.

This is the classic recipe for the preparation of a Pisco Sour. The only difference is that we replace the commercial syrup for homemade syrup .. 
 
 
ingredients 

To make the syrup:

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
 
To drink :
- 7 1 /2 oz (225 ml ) Pisco
- 1 egg
- 2 1 /2 oz (75 ml ) lemon juice
- Ice
 
To serve:
- Angostura bitters
 
Preparation:
 
To prepare the sugar syrup :
 
Put 1/ 2 cup sugar in a small saucepan with 3 tablespoons of water, just enough to moisten the sugar. Simmer , stirring with a spoon until all the sugar dissolves . Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
 
To prepare Pisco Sour :
 
Add the lemon juice and Pisco to warm syrup and whisk vigorously until all ingredients are well mixed . Pour the mixture into the blender and add just enough ice to double the volume of the liquid.
 
Blend on high for about 30 seconds to completely crush the ice . Add one egg and blend on high speed for 1 minute . Pour into a pitcher and serve immediately either vessel type "old fashioned" or white wine glasses .
Traditionally, a drop of Angostura bitters in the middle of the foam in each cup.
 
The basic mixture is 3 parts Pisco 1 part lemon juice 1 part syrup: can use this proportion to multiply the recipe as often as desired .
 
Tip : A fourth measure of Pisco can be added for a stronger drink . If a softer version you prefer, add a little more syrup.
