ingredients:

 

1 ounce of rum

3 ounces Champagne

1 ounce of apple juice      

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

Apple slice

fresh mint

ice

How to prepare:

 

Drinks-with-rum-rum 3.jpgMezclar far and mint in a shaker. Using a pestle or wooden spoon, press the contents until flavors are released. Add ice, apple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir the contents and serve in a Champagne glass, add ounces champagne (you can also replace it with sparkling wine) and garnish with a slice of apple.

4 ounces of sparkling water

1/2 ounce lemon juice

Slice of grapefruit or orange

ice

How to prepare:

 

Drinks-with-rum-2.jpgLlenar a tall glass with ice, add rum, white vermouth and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water or carbonated lemonade (you can use do it yourself) and stir the contents. Serve and garnish the cocktail with a slice of orange or grapefruit.
